Custom Seal Designs ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Custom Seal Designs website and seal configurator application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our services.

- Authentication data: When you create an account, we collect your email address through our authentication provider (Supabase) to identify you and secure your account.
- Seal design data: When you choose to save a design to your account, we store the seal dimensions and profile information you explicitly configure, along with any engineering files (PDF, STL, STEP) you elect to save.
- Analytics data: We use standard website analytics to measure performance, understand how visitors use our site, and improve reliability and user experience. Analytics data is aggregated and does not personally identify you beyond general usage patterns.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not collect payment card data, government identifiers, or other sensitive categories of personal data through this service.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Authenticate you and maintain your account
- Store and retrieve your saved seal designs and associated files
- Provide customer support when you contact us
- Monitor and improve website performance and reliability

Data Retention
We retain your account information and saved designs for as long as your account is active. You may delete individual saved seals at any time from your dashboard. You may request complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time, as described below.

- Delete individual saved seal designs from your dashboard
- Request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time from within your account settings on the dashboard, or by emailing support@customsealdesigns.com
When you delete your account, we permanently remove your authentication record, saved seal metadata, and associated stored files from our systems.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and row-level access controls on our database so users can only access their own data. Account deletion is performed through a secured server-side function that verifies your identity before removing your data.
Third-Party Services
We use Supabase for authentication and data storage. Analytics providers may process aggregated usage data on our behalf. These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and contractual obligations to protect your information.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
